Performing Batch Operations on Student Records

  1. Navigate to the Student tab

2. You will a checkbox on the first column of the table to select multiple student
records.

3. Once you start selecting the students, you will see a bottom sheet displaying the
number of students you have selected.

4. If you want to move the students, click on "Move to".


5. This will bring up a modal displaying the students you have selected for review,
the level selector, faculty, department and program selector.

Note:, you don't have to provide a value for all these. You may want to
change only the level (in which case the rest can be ignored), or the faculty,
department and program.


6.  As indicated on the instruction, you can select any level to move all the selected
students to.

7. Or you can choose a new faculty, department and program for the students.

8. When you are done, click on the "Move Students" button to proceed and apply.

9. Click "Delete"


10. Click on confirm to proceed or cancel to abort.


11. To discard the selected students without performing any operation, click on the
"X" button.
